The Course
Nine holes, par 36. Green-to-tee walks through meadow, along pine rows and over the rise of the hills. Play nine, or go around again for eighteen.

Giles County, Tennessee · Lynnville

at the Tennessee Highlands
Nine Holes · Par 36
Golf through the meadows, music in the barn, a firepit after dark and a cabin in the woods. A whole countryside weekend on one piece of land. About an hour from Nashville and Huntsville, and two and a half from Chattanooga.

The Land
Off Horne Hollow Road, in the quiet ridges of Giles County, the meadows are already cut by straight rows of planted pines, with hardwoods and woods on every side. Meadow paths are mowed through the grass, and a single track runs on into the woods. There's an old timber hunting stand at the edge of the trees, and in the evening the sun drops behind the pines.
Before it was Bramble & Oak, this ground was Cherokee Hills. Don Graham, a Cherokee, had a dream to build a course here. The nine laid into these hills is that dream, carried on.
It is meant as a weekend, not a stop on the way somewhere else. About an hour from Nashville and Huntsville, and two and a half from Chattanooga. Come Friday and sleep in a tiny home in the trees, state of the art and incredibly designed. Play the nine when you wake, walk the woods, and stay for music under the shed and a fire after dark. The course, the cabins, the stage, and the table are all on this one piece of land, so the weekend never has to leave it.
We named it Bramble & Oak for what was already here. Golf sits at the center, nine holes laid into the hills, with the cabins, the stage, and a long dinner around it.
Rustic where it counts, refined where it matters.

The flyover is a concept of the course. The pine rows under it are already on the land.

From above, the pasture is cut by straight rows of pines, with woods on every side. The nine is drawn between the rows, not over them.

A nine-hole, par-36 course built into the Tennessee highlands, in the spirit of the small-batch countryside courses golfers drive hours to find. It's walkable and full of character, the kind you play twice before dinner just because you can.

Nine holes, par 36. Green-to-tee walks through meadow, along pine rows and over the rise of the hills. Play nine, or go around again for eighteen.
An oversized practice green right by the gathering lawn. Settle a bet, warm up before your tee time, or putt for drinks with a firepit nearby.
Four enclosed GCFalcon bays, with club data, a 4K screen and a course library. Two are in the restaurant. Two are in the fitness and wellness building. The driving range is a separate shed.
$45–65 per bay / hour

Simulator Driving Range
Its own building. Not the two sims in the restaurant, and not the two in the fitness and wellness space. A double-decker barndo: both levels look out toward the pines. The eight digital driving range bays read ball speed, spin, launch, club path and face.
A price for a range tee is not set yet. The enclosed bays are $45–65 an hour, $35 for members.
Introductory rates, subject to change.

Spend the night and the whole property is yours to use. The stays are Nestron tiny homes: state of the art, incredibly designed, glass-fronted, and set on the hillside and in the trees. Wake up to coffee, an early nine and meadows still wet with dew.

Play

Four courts, two indoors in the wellness barndo and two outside, so you can play year-round.

Wellness Barndo & Pro Shop
The larger of the two barndos, in the Center Court shell. Same black-metal walls and glass garage doors as the restaurant, sized for a fitness floor, two indoor pickleball courts and the pro shop. The shell follows the sports entertainment barndos at The Barndominium Company.
Hours post before opening. Sauna and cold plunge are proposed, not yet in the drawings. Wellness memberships →
Eat & Drink
The same barndo as the wellness building, just not as large. Indoor dining and a bar for cool nights, outdoor seating for warm ones. Two Foresight GCFalcon bays sit off the dining room. Two more are in the wellness building. The driving range is neither of those. It is a separate double-decker barndo, looking out and hitting into the woods.
Menu and hours come with the opening season.

Trails
Hiking trails run throughout the wooded landscape, a single track between the trees. The path is narrow and kept clear. Walk it early, or wander back as the light drops through the canopy.
